Plan Your Stay

At  Apes Hill

Before your clubs are even packed, a little preparation goes a long way. This guide, along with our expert Guest Experience team, are here to help you make the most of your time with us.

Before You fly

Preparing for your Trip

Your journey to Apes Hill begins well before you step on the plane. Before travelling to Barbados, it’s a good idea to check the latest entry requirements and travel updates from your local authority.

As much as you might want to stay for good, Barbados requires proof of a return ticket on arrival. It’s also worth double-checking your passport is still valid and confirming whether you’ll need a visa based on where you’re coming from.

Planning to hire a car while you're here? You’ll need a valid driving licence from your home country and a Barbados Visitor’s Permit. These are easy to get from most local car hire companies or directly from the Barbados Licensing Authority, and they’re valid for up to two months. No need to worry about an International Driving Permit.

Whether you're booking a private golf lesson or an evening game of Padel, it pays to plan ahead. Spaces fill quickly, especially in peak season, and with access reserved exclusively for members and guests, it’s worth locking in your spot early.

Advance booking is highly encouraged.

What’s On at

The Noisy Cricket

Casual, energetic, and always a little unexpected. The Noisy Cricket is where our community comes together to eat well and unwind. Throughout the week you’ll find theme nights, fresh fish on the grill, or rum and live music pairings.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we do recommend making a reservation. Ask the concierge or check the Clubhouse board for this week’s line-up.

Launching Soon

New Horizons

This Winter
  • One Eleven Beach Club, set on the island’s west coast, for sun, sea and slower days

  • Private Catamaran Cruises, hosted experiences for small groups

These will be open to members and guests only, with limited availability. If your stay overlaps, we suggest securing your place early.

Check In

Once you’ve made your bookings, the only thing left is to arrive. Check-in is contactless, your villa will be ready, and the view’s not going anywhere.

If you arrive earlier than check-in, you can head over to the Clubhouse for a rum cocktail and some authentic Bajan bites.
